Wanting to have a custom painting, we try to make the process easy and enjoyable.

Looking over the three mediums offered, each has special qualities and attributes that art collectors would like. There is the seamless use of color pencil and acrylic paint used on mat board to create the Mixed Media pieces.   And the timeless art of  Fine Oils created in a mix of old master techniques that make Julie's work uniquely hers.   Prisma Color Pencil work is offered in a style that features the subject with limited to no background.  It is a realism view set on a minimalist background.   Using light and shadow on the subject gives the work definition and depth.   These styles can suit the taste of many differing art palates.

There is something for most anyone within the styles offered.    On a very limited basis graphite works can be requested.   It ia not a main media for the artist, but one that can be created.

When you choose to have a piece of art created by Julie, you get an interactive experience.  The artist sends you the initial sketch and then progression photos as the work is produced.  You are encouraged to give feed back on the photos and video clips sent as this helps the artist capture the subjects better.  Emotional information from the client is very helpful in interpreting a photo or collection of photos. And the artist may have questions for you to be clear about minor details as the work progresses.

Are you ready to invest in a fabulous piece of art?  We start with discussing your ideas once you make contact.  We will discuss you photo submissions and permission for the use of those photos.  We will discuss any changes, additions, omissions, and or combinations to the photos provided.  Once we have a firm idea of the subjects, composition, size and medium, then we move on to payment options.

There are three ways to get started with payment for your order.

1.  Conventional payments are 50% down and the balance due prior to shipping.

2.  Payment in full at the time of ordering and receive a 10% discount above any other promotions.

3.  And to give my clients the option to obtain the artwork of their dreams, we offer a No Interest payment options for 3 to 18 months.  Equally monthly payments are drawn on a credit card each month on a predetermined date set forth in a contract. Work is started when 50% of the balance is paid unless otherwise stipulated.

All payments are non refundable as all the work is custom.  Detail discussion of the work between the client(s) and artist and  submission of reference photos are done prior to contracts being signed and funds being exchanged.

All artwork is contracted through an artwork agreement outlining the artwork to be produced, the production timeline, payment arrangements, and shipping methods and dates.

Smaller sizes are limited in scope and composition options as to what can be painted on them due to size.  We can discuss your ideas and plan for a custom piece of art unique to you.

Inquire through contact page for available production dates.   Bookings fill up regularly, but at the holidays it can be difficult to get a booking with limited time to produce work in time for holiday deliveries.  Fine Oil paintings typically take 6 months or more to produce and dry to a point that is safe for travel prior to shipment.
